ITS ISKRATEL Telecommunication Systems Ltd., is the major provider of telecommunication equipment in Republic of Macedonia in the last 50 years. Our aim is to promote the latest telecommunication technologies in Macedonia.

The company is a daughter company of ISKRATEL, which is partly owned by SIEMENS.

The main area of our work is
selling, design engineering, installation and network integration of licensed telecommunication products from the world's top class OEM s such as: SIEMENS digital telephone exchange – EWSD, ISKRATEL' TDM switch SI2000 V5, new NGN products from ISKRATEL and other world leading manufacturers, as well as other telecommunication equipment for synchronization, signalization, transport and access networks,
providing a full range of technical services for complete product portfolio,
development and production of software applications and complete solutions for integrated information and telecommunication networks.

Our office is located in the City Trade Center in the center of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. One part of the office area is a Test center which includes a few model exchanges – EWSD, NGN SI2000 iCS and NGN SI2000 MSAN. Also, there is completely equipped classroom in the office area where the training sessions for our customers as well as the new product presentations take place.

Our major customer is A.D. "Makedonski Telekomunikacii" for whom we have already installed 15 SIEMENS EWSD exchanges integrated in the operational network of more that 200 different locations in Republic of Macedonia, with total capacity of around 500.000 ports as 380.000 analog subscribers, 11.000 ISDN BRA, 500 ISDN PRA, 100 PABX-DID and 60.000 trunks.

We have 42 employees, most of them with university degree and most of them with international working experience via ISKRATEL or SIEMENS. The company is structured in three business units and one office:
