We have 42 employees, most of them with university degree and most of them with international working experience via ISKRATEL or SIEMENS. The company is structured in three business units and one office:

  • BU Sales and Marketing
  • BU Research and Development
  • BU Service Center
Company Structure

Sales and Marketing
The Sales & Marketing business unit is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in ITS ISKRATEL. Additionally it is responsible for preparation of solutions and detailed project documentation for all types of projects from our sales catalog including complex solutions in the following areas: TDM & IP networks, wire line & wireless, access & transmission networks, Telecommunication Management Networks, as well as NGN - Next Generation Networks, etc.

The realized product portfolio includes: TDM switches, Power Supply Systems, Signaling Overlay Network, NGN (IP Media Gateways, iCS – integrated Call Servers), XpressLink for ADSL subscribers (DSLAM and CPE), PBX exchanges, synchronization of telephone networks (Osciloquartz), radio, PDH & SDH transmission systems, etc.


Research and Development

The Research & Development business unit is divided in two departments, each responsible for different areas:

A. New Projects:

  • Introduces new telecommunication technologies (pilot projects) in our country.
    Realized projects: Televoting, Telecommunication Management Network for EWSD (FTAM, TeMIP & NetManager platforms), ADSL DSLAM, IN-SSP, etc.

  • Designs custom solutions for specific customers' requests.
    Realized projects: DCN for TMN network, etc.

B. Software Development:

  • Develops software upon ISKRATEL specific orders.
    Realized modules for projects: CAS signaling (R2 & TUP) for EWSD, D900 & D1800, CTI products (ISDN & Voice over IP solutions), OmniBox, IP SoftPhone, IP Phone, modules for Performance & Quality Management Platform, etc.

  • Develops software upon customer's specific order.
    Realized products: Traffic Measurements Analizys System (TMAS), FTAM File Transfer Tools (FTTools), TeMIP TNDL Automatic Update (TAU), Inventory Management System (IMS), X25 to TCP/IP Gateway for EWSD (XTTG), EWSD Log View Analyzer (LoVE), etc.


Service Center

Our Service Center business unit is responsible for provision of telecommunication services.
It consists of two departments providing the customers different telecommunications services in warranty and after warranty period:

A. Installation, Repair and Logistics provides:

  • Installation services such as: Build and install a new equipment, Expanding an existing operational system, Transformation and Upgrade of a system and Equipment removal,

  • Equipment Repair and Logistics: HW Repair of the equipment – FRU or systems and Logistics of returned FRU's or systems.

B. Technical Support provides:

  • Technical Assistance via a Call Center with on line Help Desk, 24/7 Support in Emergency situations, Assistance in system troubleshooting and field maintenance, and Technical consultancy.

  • Education services: Customer Training and Coaching.
