Customer training

The core of the training center is a group of professional lecturers with a wide range of expertise. Renowned experts from our partners, as well as macedonian and foreign universities are also included in the training programs.

The expert courses are intended for the buyers of our systems and products and for anyone connected with the world of modern telecommunications. Courses include training in the use of telecommunication solutions, planning, and the management of classical networks and next-generation networks.

The training courses can be carried out at ITS Iskratel’s own modern facilities, at our partners in regional and local training centers, at the facilities of the producer of the equipment or at the location of the party requesting the course using their own equipment. The training can be provided in several languages. The training process involves the use of modern educational methods so every group of participants is given individual attention and the training programs are always adjusted to suit the needs of the group.
