Maintenance and technical support
Maintenance and technical support are part of ITS Iskratel’s guarantee and after-sales activities and include the activities such as:
- testing and measurements,
- on call support,
- 24/7 duty service for Emergency cases,
- repair service,
- preventive check and inspection of equipment and functions, and
- technical consulting.
Our offer comprises preventive and corrective maintenance. We have prepared several agreements with packages of services for the customers of ITS Iskratel’s telecommunications solutions. Our wide spread service network and numerous contractual partners ensure that the customer will always be able to get help in the event of telecommunication equipment problems.
