Our mission in the area of professional training is to offer training programs for all kinds of information technologies; and in the area of functional training to offer the most important, up-to-date knowledge and skills for managing changes, challenges and opportunities.

Recognition of competence

In 2003, the Education Centre became a member of the Iskratel’s network of Certified Training Institutes. This ensures that participants attending the courses always receive communications-systems training of a uniformly high quality.

Lecturers and Training Methods

The core of the Education Centre are professional lecturers and specialists with a wide range of expertise.
ITS professional lecturers have been guest lecturers at the Iskratel Training Institute, where they were able to demonstrate their knowledge and gain international experience.
Our training in communications systems employs the most advanced methods. The seminars and
courses take the form of lectures, demonstrations, workshops, discussions, and practical work performed on state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment.

Education Centre Infrastructure

ITS training courses are organised at our headquarters in Skopje, where we have pleasant, well-equipped room with state-of-the-art facilities connected with a test bed.
For customers with special requirements we can also offer courses at the equipment manufacturer’s location, or at the customer’s own premises, if the required equipment is provided. All of our courses can be conducted in a wide range of languages,and they are designed for small groups of 6 to 15 participants.

Our aim is to ensure that the participants on our training courses achieve their goals-the successful operation of systems and new products more easily, more efficiently and more quickly than they would elsewhere.
The strategy of the Education Centre is to constantly improve the knowledge and expertise of our lecturers. This will enable us to provide training programs of consistently high quality and customise the content of our courses to better reflect the needs of our customers, our partners, and our employees.
All our training programs are designed to take into account the background knowledge of the participants; each program is individually tailored in terms of aims, content, and duration. Most programs include both theoretical and practical sections.
The training programs can also be structured for the needs of technical and support staff at all levels, including those with a nontechnical background.

Organisation of Courses

From the moment that the participants arrive until the conclusion of the course, all the staff at ITS Education Centre work to ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a relaxed atmosphere. The participants can seek advice on solving problems; with a smile and an eagerness to help, barriers can be overcome. The atmosphere on these courses is enthusiastic; and at the end of the day the participants are pleased with what they have learned and what they have achieved. We also organise for groups or individuals to be met at the airport, hotel accommodation, and excursions in Macedonia.

Guaranteed Quality

The way in which the training programs are prepared and delivered guarantees their high quality; all the programs are fully supported with the proper documentation. The programs have a modular structure, and can be customised for the following groups: operation and maintenance staff; managers; technical and non-technical staff. The programs cover general and specialised topics; if required they can be product-oriented, and include all the necessary on-the-job training. Tests and assessments are conducted at the end of the programs. From the feedback we receive from the people who attend our courses, combined with the successful operation and maintenance of the systems, we are confident that we are achieving our aims. The specialised knowledge and professional development of our lecturers is achieved through constant training in the field of information technologies.
We store all the important information relating to our courses, including the results of satisfaction surveys, on a database. This information from the satisfaction surveys is our guide to quality improvement.

Staff

The 4 employees of the Training Centre, which includes 2 professional lecturers, are responsible for 20 training programs per year.
Our professional lecturers are also involved in the work of the Technical and the Engineering
Sectors, and of the Sales and the R&D departments. With the experience gained in their practical
work, they can help customers to identify their training needs, as well as with the planning and
maintenance of conventional and next-generation networks.

Technical Equipment

ITS Education Centre has one airconditioned lecture room, equipped with the latest presentation equipment and computers connected to a LAN. The lecture room is connected to a test bed with test and demonstration systems. Participants receive their documentation in electronic form.
